My practice is restricted to civil litigation and commercial litigation. Most of my clients emanate through referrals from former clients, or other lawyers. While I have acted for large corporations, insurance companies and a bank, most of my clients are entrepreneurial business owners looking for a more economical and accessible option than large, impersonal, Bay Street firms; or, ordinary people facing complicated legal problems - and quite often in a David and Goliath dynamic. Both businesspersons and individuals recognize that sometimes, a lawyer from another street's culture needs to be retained instead of a conservative Bay Street firm.
