Nnam runs a general practice that focuses on Employment Law, Criminal Defence and Family Law. He will fight for you, every step of the way; in case of wrongful dismissal, work-place bullying, discriminatory treatment/practices and other work-place issues.
He has successfully represented clients facing charges of assault, simple possession, impaired driving (DUI), refusal to blow, breach of recognizance, joy riding, and many others. You can entrust him with the quick resolution of your traffic offences such as driving without insurance or registration, distracted driving and speeding tickets.
Nnam has achieved similar successes for clients in adoption, divorce and division of matrimonial property, maintenance support (child support, spousal support) and other family matters.
Prior to starting The Oak Law Firm, Nnam was a Manager for Legislation with the Government of Alberta, where he worked on such significant legislative projects as the impaired driving regulatory amendments. Before his arrival in Edmonton during a blizzard in January, 2008, he practised law for 7 years in Nigeria.
