About Brieanne L. MacLeod
Brieanne is a proud Albertan, growing up in the Town of Edson, where her family operated a small business. In 2011, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning. Brieanne completed her Juris Doctor at Bond University, Australia in 2013.
During law school, Brieanne worked as a Legal Research Assistant in the area of franchise law. Her research focused on the impact of legal structures on the effectiveness of overseas development aid. Brieanne was called to the bar in 2015, and subsequently joined Birdsell Grant LLP as an Associate. Brieanne regularly appears in both the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
