Daniel A. Lublin's Toronto based practice involves all aspects of representing both employees and employers in employment, human rights and labour relations matters, with a particular emphasis on wrongful dismissals and employment-related litigation.

Mr. Lublin was recently named as one of Canada's top employment lawyers in Thomson Carswell's annual survey, in recognition of his contribution to employment law and human resources publications.
