About Shilpa Mehta
Shilpa has experience working in all areas of family law, including including divorce, custody and access, division of family property and support.
Shilpa adopts a client focused approach in her practice and collaborates with her clients in developing a critical path in achieving a resolution that is in line with their needs. Shilpa recognizes that family law and its practice has a direct impact on her clients' immediate realities and everyday life. As such, she works closely with her clients in an effort to achieve a fair settlement in an expedient and cost effective manner for her clients.
Prior to earning her law degree from the University of Windsor in 2009, Shilpa attended York University where she completed her undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Education. Throughout her studies, Shilpa remained actively involved in community development as a volunteer for a number of youth programs and women's assistance initiatives.
