Paul Fleming practices exclusively in the area of estate, trust, and mental incapacity litigation. A native of Kingston, he received his undergraduate degree from Queen's University and degrees in law from the Universities of British Columbia and Windsor. He received extensive training in mediation from the University of Michigan Law School in 1998. Mr. Fleming was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1999 and to the Bar of Ontario in 2003. Prior to his return to Kingston he practiced law for a short time as a Crown Attorney in the Province of British Columbia and then with a very prominent firm of trial lawyers in the city of Vancouver. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia. He is a member of the Frontenac Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates Society. He also sits on the Boards of various community and charity organizations in Kingston, Ontario. He is married to Melinda Fleming, a physician, and is a grateful father of two wonderful little girls.
