About Jeremy Richler
Prior to joining Carr Law, Jeremy has built his law practice and gained invaluable experience in corporate and employment law, advising clients and drafting employment contracts, severance packages, commercial leases and partnership agreements. Jeremy has incorporated small businesses, drafted unanimous shareholder agreements and resolutions, and updated minute books.
Jeremy understands that in a fast-paced world, a lawyer's prime role is to be a legal advisor that can answer complex questions quickly, methodically and above all, cost-effectively. Jeremy always undertakes to make sure that legal solutions are tailor made for each client, while sifting through legalese so that your client-centered solution is to your satisfaction and easy to comprehend.
Jeremy A. Richler is a barrister and solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and an associate at Carr Law. Jeremy completed his law degree from University of Windsor, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at McGill University, and a Masters in Political Science from Carleton University.
